Receive the completed form
When the process is complete, Form I-693 is returned in a sealed envelope for USCIS. Do not open the sealed envelope.

Performs the medical examination, reviews required vaccination evidence, records the findings, and completes the medical portions of Form I-693 according to current federal instructions.
What she does not do

Should I open the sealed envelope?
